So, everybody loves a good pizza. I’ve got a gluten allergy, so sometimes it can be a little hard to find a good pizza. My mom bought me a gluten free pizza crust mix to try. It sat in my pantry for a month or two, and then one day, I really got a hankerin’ for pizza. Let me just tell you, it was wonderful! The instructions are so easy, and the dough is great. It is one of the best things I have made gluten free!

The mix makes two pizza dough balls, so you can save one for later in the week or freeze it once it has been rolled out!
